What is the difference between OUR PET and YOUR PET?
OUR PET is one of our 25 signature templates/portraits, ready to hang, no personalization.
YOUR PET we take a chosen template and we personalize it with your own pet's face features and characteristics.
Is my photo good enough for use?
The sharper and better-lit the photo, the more accurate the final portrait. A front-facing shot with good natural light works best. Still unsure? Check out our "how it works" tab.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Each portrait is created and hand-finished to order, so please allow 7-15 days depending on your location. Please check our "shipping policy" tab.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship across the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. Please contact us for other regions of the globe, we will find a solution for you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, and more) via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal and MB WAY. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Where do I use my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout before completing your order. Only one code can be used per order.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my portrait?
Because every portrait is created specifically for you, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges once production has started.
If there's a problem with your order, reach out, we'll always do the best we can to support.
What if my portrait arrives damaged?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Support
I'm not happy with my portrait, what can I do?
We want you to love it. Send us a message with photos of the final piece and we'll work with you on a fix or a resolution.
