Custom Artwork (OUR PET & YOUR PET)

We can't cancel, return, or exchange once production starts, except where required by law.

Not happy with the result? You get one free revision in a different style before your order is finalized (see our Satisfaction Guarantee on the product page for details). Still want to return it after that? We'll refund the retail value within 30 days, minus return shipping and a €50 design fee per canvas.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, we'll sort a replacement, refund, fix or another suitable solution.
