Acceptance of Terms - By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our Products - We create both OUR PET designs from our existing collection and YOUR PET portraits based on photos you upload.

User Content - You're responsible for making sure that any photos, text, or other content you upload belongs to you, or that you have permission to use it. Please don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful or offensive, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does.

Intellectual Property - Our original artwork, designs, graphics, and website content remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Product Variations - YOUR PET portraits are created individually around your uploaded photo, so minor variations in colour, texture, or placement are a natural part of the process, not a defect. OUR PET designs are reproduced from our existing artwork and may also show minor natural variation in printing.

Production and Cancellations - Orders enter production shortly after purchase and generally can't be changed or cancelled once production has begun. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for what happens if you're not happy with the result.

Delivery - Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping page for typical timeframes by destination.

Limitation of Liability - Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where the law requires otherwise.

Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on our Imprint page, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
